Come for a restorative evening of shamanic inspired music created through the use of crystal singing bowls, the gong, and ethereal voice. A space will be provided for you to release, let go, and set intentions. Through a deeply meditative sound journey you will be led on an inward experience of releasing and reclaiming the magic that is you. The sounds and vibrations experienced throughout the evening stimulate the nervous system to enter a deeply restful state. You may also access incredibly altered states of consciousness as your brainwave patterns slow to more meditative frequencies. Setting intentions and visioning during these altered states is incredibly potent and powerful. You may also experience celtic songs related to the season. Bring a yoga mat, pillows, and blankets. You will want to be as comfortable as possible during this experience. Arrive at 6:15pm to get comfortable. The experience will begin at 6:30pm and at that time there will be no entry to protect the space from distractions. We will end our evening around 7:45pm. The event is offered at a private historic Shaker Heights home near Southerly Park. Exact location and parking instructions will be given at registration.
